By simply having 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day, you are able to make sure that your body flushes out unnecessary toxins.

Full on workout routines might not necessarily be feasible for you at the moment, especially if you have gone through a C-Section. But there is one thing that could make a world of difference to your weight loss routine; walking.

Try walking as much as you can. Even if you are walking while carrying your baby. Trust us, it will be brilliantly effective.
